The car rental industry in Ethiopia has increased slightly over the past five years. This is due to the displacement of people from their original place. To reach to the need society most international organizations are using rental vehicles & mini trucks to deploy humanitarian aid to the displaced society.
Currently Tesfalem Trading engaging a contract agreement with international organizations for transporting different commodities in different regions of Ethiopia (for your reference we attached the contract agreements) to deploy these commodities Tesfalem Trading PLC. Using rental trucks from the market, but due to the high demand & Volume of work we plan to have our own truck.
Revenue & Loan Repayment
The source of revenue for our company is vehicle rental income from owned vehicles of a company and from the outsourcing vehicles rented to different NGOs currently the average monthly revenue of the organization is close to 3,000,000.00 (Three million).
The primary focus of our organization is best service & delivery. And the ability to keep best service will result high revenue therefore having our own truck enables us to get more revenue that will cover the repayment of the loan as well as increasing the efficiency of our service.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
Tesfalem Trading has a well-established organizational structure promoting the pattern of formal relationship, the way separate activities are Coordinated and defining of the power, status and hierarchical relationships within the company. Accordingly, the company has a General Manager and three department Managers; namely, Finance Department, Administration Department, and Operations Department.
The company created employment opportunity for 28 individuals on permanent basis. The employment of staff is also determined by the level of major works agreed.
The employees of the company are highly skilled professionals with a number of years of experience in their area of specialization, which has greatly contributed towards the overall success of the company.
